John R. Fuller

FULLER, JOHN R. 'JACK', 77, of Ludlow, VT, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 17th at home surrounded by his family. Born in Pawtucket, RI, he was the son of the late John R. and Alice K. Fuller.

Jack graduated from Pawtucket East (Tolman) High School, is an Eagle Scout and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. While living in Swansea, MA he was a self-employed general contractor. In 1969 he moved his family to Sunapee, NH, where he owned and operated the Four Seasons Lodge. In 1977, the family moved to Perkinsville, VT, where he was President of Fuller Farms, Inc. a dairy farm (now owned and operated by his son David). Jack also served as a Weathersfield selectman for many years. Since 1996 until recently Jack and his wife Teena owned and operated Okemo Valley Gardens in Ludlow, VT.

He is survived by his wife Teena, two sons, Richard and his wife Sherry, of North Springfield, VT, David and his wife Candy, of Perkinsville, VT, and one daughter, Jacqueline Lampiasi and her husband Santo, of Claremont, NH, along with seven grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, Robert T. Fuller and his wife Marjorie, of Seekonk, MA, and one sister, Elizabeth Soderlund and her husband Carl, of Pharr, TX.

Calling hours are Sunday July 20th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Adams Kenny Funeral Home, 12 Meadow St., Ludlow, VT. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 21st at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Springfield Area Hospice, 366 River St., Springfield, VT 05156-2223.
