Emily Anesta Obituary

ANESTA, EMILY M. (CENEDELLA), 90, formerly of Milford, MA, died Sunday morning (July 20) at the Beaumont Skilled Nursing Home in Northbridge, MA, after a period of declining health. She was the widow of the late A. Veto Anesta who died in 2000.

She is survived by (1) son, Atty. Joseph A. Anesta and his wife, Ann, of Cranston; (1) sister, Elizabeth Morawiec of Milford; (2) grandsons, Thomas and James Anesta, both of Cranston; (1) sister-in-law, Natalie Cenedella of Hudson, MA; her dear friends, Catherine and Peter Paradiso of Milford, and JoAnn, David and Mary Elizabeth Morgan, all of Hopkinton, MA; several nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held on Friday morning (July 25) at 9 AM from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street (please visit www.edwardsmemorialfuneralhome.com for full obituary and condolence book), followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in the lower chapel of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 7 East Main Street. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery on Medway Road (Rte. 109). Visiting hours at the funeral home will be held on Thursday (July 24) from 6-8 PM.

I met Emily while working @ Draper Place. She liked to act tough but when you got to know her you found a warm heart. I visited her @ Beaumont a few times. I am glad for the time I had w/her.
