Louise DiOrio Obituary

DiORIO, LOUISE M., 69, of Maple Avenue, a homemaker, died peacefully on July 21, 2008 at the Philip Hulitar Impatient Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Joseph J. DiOrio and the late Norman Paolello.

Born in Fall River, MA, a daughter of Teresa (Sementilli) Castigliego of Bristol and the late Paul Castigliego, she lived in Barrington for 47 years.

Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by a daughter, Louann Mello of Barrington and a son, Norman Paolello, Jr. and his wife Annette of Riverside; a brother, Matteo Castigliego of Warren; and a granddaughter, Leeann Mello of Barrington. She was the mother of the late Paula Ann Paolello and sister of the late Paula Cruz.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at 9 a.m. in Holy Angels Church, Maple Avenue, Barrington. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bristol. Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. Contributions in Louise's memory to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 50 Maude Street, Providence, RI 02908, would be deeply appreciated. Arrangements are under the direction of the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, Riverside.
