Denise Egan Obituary
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of Paul A. and Loraine M. (Jabotte) Chabot of Harrisville.
Denise's career spanned thirty five years in the Northern RI Mortgage Banking Industry, including Eastland Bank, Countrywide, and Travis Mortgage Companies. She was an active participant in the Northern RI Board of Realtors. Denise was also a member of the Edgewood Yacht Club, and the Foster Parent Society of Rhode Island. She was a graduate of Bryant College.
In addition to being survived by her husband and parents, she also leaves her son Stephen R.P. Egan and his wife Sara of Clinton, CT, her daughter Katherine L. Egan of Manville, two brothers, Donald Chabot of Woonsocket, and Jerry Chabot of Shrewsbury, MA, a sister, Sherrie Tessier of Manville, and grandsons Ryan and Jake Egan.
Her funeral will be Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 9:30 A.M. from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. in St. Joseph's Church, 1200 Mendon Rd., Woonsocket. Calling hours are Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. in the funeral home. What a wonderful person your mom was. I met here at Countrywide in Warwick and she was so helpful! She loved each of you and we would talk about you all and your accomplishments.
