Gabriel Ledo Obituary
Born June 4, 1938 in Rabo De Peixe, Sao Miguel, Azores, he was a son of the late Antonio Tavares Ledo and Maria Dos Anjos Dias. Mr. Ledo came to the US in 1973 and worked at American Insulated Wire before retiring.
In addition to his wife, he leaves his five sons, Paul Ledo, Jose Ledo, and David Ledo, all of Warwick, and Luis Ledo and Mario Ledo, both of Providence and 14 grandchildren. He was the brother of Antonio Dias Ledo, Maria Da Conceicao Dias Ledo, and Maria De Fatima Dias Ledo, all of Canada, and Jose Domingos Dias Ledo of the Azores.
His funeral will be Thursday at 9:45 a.m. from the REBELLO FUNERAL HOME, 901 Broadway, East Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Traverse St., Providence. Burial will follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Calling hours will be Wednesday 4-8 p.m. www.rebellofuneralhome.com
