Domenic Gianfrancesco Obituary
Born in Italy, he was the devoted son of the late Giacomo and Lauretta (SanGiuliano) Gianfrancesco.
During his lifetime Mr. Gianfrancesco was an owner of several businesses including Gianfrancesco Market, Louis' Restaurant and Geneva Diner. He was an active member of the Fontegreca Social Club, Sons of Italy and the Lymansville Post 10011. He also was a WWII Army Veteran.
Besides his wife he is survived by his children Anthony Gianfrancesco Esq. of North Providence, Mario Gianfrancesco of Burrillville, Annamarie Turco of Lincoln and Gina Gomes of North Providence; he is also survived by his 11 grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Louis Gianfrancesco and Mary DiGianfilippo.
His funeral will be held Friday at 9 a.m. from the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Pius V Church, Eaton Street, Providence. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 p.m. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Papa,
we all miss you so much...more than words can ever say. You were such an amazing person. I'm really going miss talking with you and listening to your smart advice. It seems as though the family is missing our most important and valued part. You were like our shining star. But, I know you are watching over all of us...and will continue to. Our great memories of you will live on in our hearts forever. We love you so much angel. Rest in Peace.
