Mabel McGarry Obituary
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Bartholomew and Kathleen G. (Adams) Sullivan, she resided in Cranston for 56 years. Mrs. McGarry had been employed as a bookkeeper with the former William Bloom & Son Company. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.
She is survived by a son, Kevin P. McGarry and his wife, Marilyn, of Lexington, KY; a daughter, Kathleen M. Kittredge and her husband, Raymond, of Cranston. Grandmother of Conor and Brooke McGarry and Daniel, Sarah, and Rebecca Kittredge. Sister of the late Pearl M. Sullivan.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 am in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 12 Spruce Street, Providence. Burial in Swan Point Cemetery. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Arrangements with Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, Warwick. Memorial contributions to Home & Hospice Care of RI or Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church would be appreciated.
