Don Watts Obituary
Born June 13, 1960, son of Christine (Bates) and the late Edward R. Watts, Sr. He was employed at the National Grid in Providence for more than 25 years.
He is survived by a brother, Edward R. Watts, Jr. of Georgia, a sister Tara C. Watts of New York, nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Mass will be held Thursday at 12 noon at the Cathedral of St. John, 271 North Main Street, Providence. Calling Hours in the Church Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Please make donations in his name to the National Kidney Foundation, 125 Carlsbad Street, Cranston, RI 02920. www.bellfuneralhome.net

Dear Don, I find it so hard to type this note to you because my heart is so heavy and so weary. I miss you so much , I miss you calling to check on me just because. I know that you are w/ Vonnie and your Dad, but you left us way too soon. We still had so much to do you and my brothers were not done yet, but God had other plans. I was very saddened when I heard about Don passing. It has been several years since I last saw Don when I was home in Providence visiting my family, and I remember we spoke for several minutes talking about old times. He was updating me on the people in Providence I haven't seen in years on their where about, and what they were doing. I remember that wonderful smile he had on his face as he was talking, and that smile will forever stay in my head. He was such a good guy and everyone loved him. Ms Watts you and your late husband Mr. Watts did an excellent job in raising Don. He was respectful, kind and had a good heart; he will be truely missed. May God bless you all and give you comfort in your time of sorrow. RIP DON.
