Dora Pannone Obituary

PANNONE, DORA D. (DeORCHIS), 89, of Johnston, beloved wife of the late Angelo Pannone, passed away on August 8, 2008 on Cape Cod where she was residing with her son and daughter in-law.

Born in Colli al Volturno, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Maria DeOrchis. She was the sister of Mario DeOrchis and the late Frank DeOrchis.

She was a sister, devoted wife and loving mother and her passion was collecting and organizing a library of family photos which she proudly displayed throughout her home.

She is survived by her son Robert Pannone and his wife Madeline of Dennis, MA. She was the mother of the late Richard Pannone and mother in-law of the late Constance Pannone. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Richard Pannone Jr., Kevin Pannone, Shawn Pannone of RI, Kristine Combe of Lynnfield, MA, Todd Pannone of Lebanon, CT, Stephen Pannone of Brooklyn, CT, and Joshua Remolina of Marshfield, MA, and nine great grandchildren.

Her Funeral will be held on Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. from 'WOODLAWN' Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in the Holy Cross Church, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery. CALLING HOURS MONDAY 4-7 P.M. www.WoodlawnGattone.com
