Maria Ferragine Obituary
Born in Altona, PA, she was the daughter of the late Francesco and M. Cristina (Panaccione) Giacomobono.
Mrs. Ferragine was employed by Vargas Manufacturing before retiring. She was also a communicant of St. Bartholomew Church for 38 years. She enjoyed cooking and crocheting.
She was the mother of Mara Regoli and Sylvana Ciccone, both of Cranston; grandmother of Luca and David Regoli and Andrew and Marco Ciccone; sister of the late Paolo and Gino Giacomobono and Antonietta DiIonna.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Bartholomew's Church, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence. Entombment to follow in St. Ann Cemetery. VISITATION TUESDAY 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Maria's memory to the St. Bartholomew Memorial Fund.
