John Casparino Obituary

CASPARINO, JOHN A., 77, of Maplewood Avenue, passed away Monday at Rhode Island Hospital.

Born in Providence a son of the late Antonio and Antonetta (Tedeschi) Casparino.

Mr. Casparino was Plant Foreman for the Cranston Sewerage Treatment Plant before retiring 22 years ago. He was a Korean Conflict Army Veteran.

He is survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Mary F. Licciardi, Angelina DiChiaro, Helen Casparino, Celia Angolano and Anne Young.

His funeral will be held Thursday 8:45 a.m. from 'WOODLAWN' Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Bartholomew Church. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Bartholomew Church Memorial Fund, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence, RI 02909.
