Dave was a loving friend to all who knew him. He had the smallest ways of doing the largest things for the people he loved and his passing has been a tragic loss for all who knew him.
Dave,
I'm going to keep an eye out for your boys ... poker is not going to be the same without you bro and I miss you. We will never forget you.
P.S. Lady is more than welcome to come to the poker games and crap on my lawn and dig holes ... she can even lay under the table on top of my feet.

Dear Marie and Jimmy, I was so sorry to read about Davids' passing. I only remember him as a baby. My mom and dad (George & Martha) were his godparents. My sympathy to both of you

Dear Mrs. Burlingham & Jimmy
I'am so sorry for the passing of David. David was my BEST male friend in Tolman High School we graduated together. David always had a sense of humor and was always there. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I will keep you in my prayers.
