It was a privilege to get to know Tom Vanner during his time at the Navy Depot. He is one of the faces I treasure in my book of memories. He made me proud to do my job at the Navy Exchange.

I will remember Tom mowing the yard with his beer can and going as fast as he could. He teased me about going into the Navy but he was out numbered with all the neighbors being Navy. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you Barb and the kids. I know what you are feeling right now.
