In paradisum perducant te angeli, Et tuo adventu suscipiant te martyres et perducant te in civitatem sanctam, Jerusalem. Chorus angelorum te suscipiant, Et cum Lazaro quandam paupere, Aeternam habeas requiem. May the angels lead you into Paradise, and may the martyrs come to welcome you and take you to the holy city, Jerusalem. May the choirs of angels welcome you, Where Lazarus is no longer poor. May you have eternal rest. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, And let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
