My deepest condolences to the Pescatore family.I first met Mr.Pescatore aprox.32 to 33 years ago.I was a 19 year old drummer who was lucky enough to have had the pleasure of meeting and performing with him and the person I suspect is the other Joe referred to in the obituary....(Joe C.)I have not seem him in 32 to 33 years, but I will never forget what a truely gifted musician and a genuinely nice man he was.He took the time....to be nice.My prayers go out to the family.I will not forget him.

My mother had a dream the night Uncle Joe passed away. They were at a big gathering with family and friends. Uncle Joe was playing in the band on stage. She told me she was trying to make her way up to the stage but it was very crowded. As she was cleaning off the tables, she looked up and Joe was standing in front of her. He gave her a big hug and kiss and then she woke up.

I guess this was his way of saying good-bye. I'm sorry we didn't get the chance to see him recently. We truly enjoyed his visits to California. He will be missed by us all.

With love, Lydia, Bill, and Pauline

We met Joe many years ago at Square Dancing and continued our friendship with him until we moved to Florida. He was such a talented and gifted man ! Joe was such a gentle and very witty person. We are very saddened to hear of his passing. He must be entertaining the angels in heaven now with his beautiful music !
