Janine Ellsworth Obituary

ELLSWORTH, JANINE M. (PREAUX) 81 died Monday, August 25, 2008. She was the beloved wife for 61 years of Stephen M. Ellsworth. They were married in Paris after WWII.

She was born in Paris and educated at the Sorbonne University. A daughter of Maurice and Henriette (Brasley) Preaux, she has been a resident of Warwick for 60 years. Mrs. Ellsworth had worked with her husband for 30 years at S&S Electronics in Warwick. She had enjoyed playing golf and bowling.

She was the mother of Patricia J. Jankowski, Barbara Jean Suggs, Roy C. Ellsworth and the late Maurice S. Ellsworth and a beloved grandmother and great grandmother. She is also survived by her siblings in France Jean Preaux, Jacques Preaux, Jacqueline Schreiber and Josette Sarrazin.

Her funeral will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements with Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home.
