Joe & Louise,
I'm so sorry about my Uncle Joe leaving us. I know he had been suffering though so it was God's will to take him home. I wish I had acted on my intuition and visited him the last few months. He was on my mind frequently. I was just thinking about calling on Friday to visit but didn't. No one is sorrier than me about that fact. We always think we have time to do the things we want to in the future. Somehow, it doesn't always work out that way.
He must have been sending me a message Friday. Well, now he could rest in peace. Take care of yourselves and your families.

Joe was an icon on Westmore St. As his next door neighbor, I enjoyed endless talks in his beautiful yard. My heart goes out to Louise who was always by his side. I had the pleasure of meeting many of his family members and my thoughts and prayers go out to them
