Janet Andrews Obituary

ANDREWS, JANET C. (McGRATH), age 72, of 49 Woodlawn Avenue, Bristol, died Monday, at her home. She was the wife of Frank H. Andrews, Sr., her husband of 55 years.

Born in Brookline, MA and a resident of Bristol for most of her life, she was a daughter of the late Thomas McGrath and the late Gertrude (Burke) Boisclair.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Frank H. Andrews, Jr. of Brownville Junction, Maine, Karen Silva of Bristol, Lynne McDonald of Warren, a sister, Elaine Brothers of Florida, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael T. Andrews.

Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Friday, September 5, at 10 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visiting hours, Thursday, 4-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick, RI 02886.
