Dear Plante family,

I just learned of your loss and wanted to offer my heartfelt sympathies. I was so sad to hear of her passing and it struck me that this woman that I knew as as young girl was quite frankly one of the nicest people that I have ever met. We worked together many years ago at the Board of Canvassers and we shared so much laughter and memories during those summer months. It certainly seems by reading about how her teaching touched so many that Maureen with her beautiful smile and kind ways will forever be in the hearts of many. I am not surprised. My thoughts and prayer are with you all.

Dear Plante Family,
My heart goes out to you in this time of sorrow. Mrs. Plante was my son's 2nd grade teacher. She was the most wonderful teacher I had ever met. She was so good to my son and he loved having her for a teacher. She was a great person with a beautiful smile and personality. It was a great pleasure to have known her and to have had her teach my children and be a part of their life. My deepest sympathy in your time of loss, our prayers are with you.

Ten years ago I had Ms. Plante as my second grade teacher and I will never forget her bright shining smile. She inspired me to come to school every day and take advantage of everything around me. I work at Staples, and everytime I saw an old teacher I always asked about Ms. Plante. She was truly that teacher everyone wanted to have. I have nothing but good things to say about you and I offer my deepest condolences to you and your family.

Dear Michael, Lisa, and Michelle.
I am deeply sorry for your loss. I had Mrs. Plante as a second grade teacher ten years ago, and she was my favorite teacher that I ever had. Mrs. Plante had her way with students, and everyone who had her loved her. Even now that I am a senior in highschool I could never compare anyone with her. This was very unexpected, and I just wish I could've recently seen her because even the smallest things would remind me of her, and I always wanted to return to Curvin to see her again, but never got the chance. May she rest in peace, and again I'm deeply sorry for the loss of Mrs. Plante.

Maureen I never got to meet you but from what I heard you were a wonderful mother and person in general. I could also tell this through the reflection of your daughter Michelle. You and Mike have done a great job with your children! here is an Irish prayer that has been a favorite in my family and I pass it along to you!

May the road rise to meet you
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face
and the rains fall soft upon your fields
and, until we meet again
may God hold you
in the palm
of his hands.

God Bless you Michelle, Lisa, and Mike! I am sincerely sorry for your loss!
Michelle We love you kid, make your mom proud we know you will!

In paradisum perducant te angeli, Et tuo adventu suscipiant te martyres et perducant te in civitatem sanctam, Jerusalem. Chorus angelorum te suscipiant, Et cum Lazaro quandam paupere, Aeternam habeas requiem. May the angels lead you into Paradise, and may the martyrs come to welcome you and take you to the holy city, Jerusalem. May the choirs of angels welcome you, Where Lazarus is no longer poor. May you have eternal rest. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, And let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
