Wendy Lincoln Obituary
Born in Pawtucket, she was the beloved daughter of Claudia A. (Mixer) Deschenes of Pawtucket and Adrien Deschenes of Maine. Wendy enjoyed many of the activities at Towers East.
Besides her parents she leaves her fiance, Steve Mitulski of Walpole, MA; her brothers, Todd Spychalla of Minnesota, Gregg Spychalla of Connecticut, Scott Spychalla of Pawtucket and Brian Deschenes of Florida; her aunt, Darlene McMillan; her nephews, Kyle, Derek and Patrick and her beloved doctor, Patricia Rompf.
Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery. VISITATION will be Tuesday 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to the Adult Congenital Heart Assoc., 6757 Greene St., Suite 335, Philadelphia, PA 19119 or the Boston Childrens Hospital, c/o Childrens Hospital Trust, 1 Autumn St., No. 731, Boston, MA 02215 would be appreciated. www.TrippFuneralHome.com.

Dear Claudia - I was very sorry to read of your daughter's passing. I can't imagine a greater loss. Although it has been many years since we have seen each other it still feels like just yesterday that we were kids growing up together when our parents were friends.

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed caring for Wendy at BWH. The last time I saw her, I was holding her hand during a procedure she was having and we were singing Bon Jovi songs at the top of our lungs (much to the dismay of the residents).
I will always remember her strength and courage. My deepest condolences to you all.

To wendy's family...
Wendy and I attended Tolman together. In getting to know her as we were teens, we learned that there were many similarities that we shared. One of those was our link to Dr. Patricia Romphf. We learned that we both shared the same cardiologist. There were many times as we were growing up that wendy and I spoke regarding that shared link.
I have not seen Wendy since we were both in our early 20s. However, I will always remember wendy as a vibrant, energetic and beautiful young woman who lived with dignity and class.
She will certainly be greatly missed.
