Janet Cambra Obituary
Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of Robert J. Firth of Warwick and the late Therese R. (Nolette) Firth. She had lived most of her life in West Warwick.
Janet worked as a Patient Account Associate at Kent Hospital for many years.
Besides her father, she leaves two daughters, Jaime L. West of West Warwick and Caitlin M. Cambra of Warwick, two brothers, David R. and Robert D. Firth, both of West Warwick, two sisters, Donna T. Firth of New Hampshire and Roberta A. Lemek of Warwick and her grandson, Ian R. West.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, September 18, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. from the Robert A. Iannotti Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., Coventry with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in SS. John & James Church, West Warwick. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Warwick. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Suite 3004, Warwick, RI 02886, would be appreciated.

I'am sorry to hear about your loss. I also worked with Janet at Toray and hadnt talk to her in years. I was unaware of her illness and it comes as a shock. She will be missed by all.

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. Though Janet and I had both moved and grown apart, I will always remember the conversations we had for hours on end and all the great time we had together. I was another Toray Plastics co-worker and will be forever grateful we had the time together we did.
I knew here youngest a bit and she was always as strong as her mom.
Rob sorry for your loss and for everyone else, there are no words to make it any easier or better, but please know that she made a huge difference in my life.

To all whose lives she touched, I worked with Janet for several years at Toray and hadn't seen her until the benefit I attended at the Elks a few months ago. We talked of getting together when she was off her med's. Unfortunately that time never came and I let an opportunity slip me by. I was glad to see that her employment change had put her in a place where mutual love and support was evident. I wish to offer everyone who is suffering with grief and regret my condolences. Let us not waste another moment thinking of calling or spending time with someone special, but doing it.

I am very sadden to hear this news about janet she was and is a wonderful person and such a bright soul. She worked very hard and with such ease and grace. I want to offer my condolences to Janet's family and friends. I'll always remember Janet with a smile. I worked with her 9 or 10 years ago at Toray Plastics. I didn't know she was ill. To the Cambra family, I had the honor of meeting Janet at work several years ago. I kept Janet in my prayers every day. It was such a pleasure to have met Janet she was always kind to others and always smiled. I never met her children however I just want to say to Jaime and Caitlin live a good life your mom will watch over you she has left your eyes but never will she leave your hearts. We hold our children close in our hearts on earth and in heaven. You will live wonderful lives as she watches your journey through life. Take care of one another.
