Michael Caldarone Obituary
Mr. Caldarone was a special ed school bus driver for the Warwick School Dept. for 20 years before retiring. He was also a constable, concrete contractor and cobbler. As a young man, Michael was a successful amateur boxer and was proud although he was never knocked out he knocked out many opponents. He was a member of the Oakland Beach Volunteer Fire Co., Oakland Beach Sportsmen's Club and the Warwick FOP.
He was the beloved father of Alfred T. Caldarone, and his wife, Michele; Linda R. Beaudry and her husband, Timothy; Michael C. Caldarone and the late Loretta A. Smith. Brother of the late Theodore, Ferdinando, and Celio Caldarone, Angelica Bianchi, Anna DiLeone, and Etta San Martino. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rita Church, Oakland Beach Ave., at 9:30. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 169 George Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860 will be appreciated. Dear Linda, Alfred, Michael and Families
Our prayers and condolences to you and your entire family on your sudden loss.
Uncle Mike was without a doubt, one of the most gracious men I have known. There are no words that are sufficient, but may it comfort you to know that this beloved family member of yours and mine, also touched the lives of people he was in contact with in business and his social circles.

The second shift dispatchers at the Warwick Police Department were very saddened to hear the news of Mr Caldarones passing. We spoke with him often and he was a very sweet and often times funny gentleman. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
