Hilda Motta Obituary
Born in Fall River, MA, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Costa) Carreiro.
She leaves a daughter, Brenda St. Pierre of Richmond, two sons, James Motta of Cumberland and John Motta of North Providence, two sisters, Elsie St. Jean and Florence Holton, both of Smithfield, six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was mother of the late Jerome Motta and sister of the late Joseph Corte.
Her funeral will be held on Friday at 9 a.m. from the ROBBINS FUNERAL HOME, 2251 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Michael Church, Georgiaville. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Jimmy Fund, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Pl. W, Brookline, MA 02445.

Bob, Brenda, Missy, and Jason,
Please accept my deepest sympathy, for the loss of your beloved, Vavoa. May she rest in peace, in the arms of our Lord. We had some wonderful talks, in the few times that I was in her company. She will never be forgotton, 'never'. Take solace, in knowing, that we will all see, her again, when our time comes, and that will be my pleasure. God, Bless you all, in this trying time.
