Charles Rosenblum Obituary
Besides his wife, he is survived by several cousins. Born in St. Augustine, FL, he was raised in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Rhode Island after attending college in New Hampshire. He worked for the State of RI Dept. of Human Services in the Appeals Office before retiring in 2006. He was a youth basketball referee for many years as a member of the IAABO84. He loved the game of golf and all animals large and small.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rhode Island SPCA, 186 Amaral Street, Riverside, RI 02915.

I worked with Chuck for many years and always enjoyed hearing his views. He was very intelligent and worked very hard. If his name was attatched to anything, you could be sure it was correct. He took great pride in his work and will be missed.

i worked with chuck here at the state of r.i.. he was a good guy and he spoke about you, the dogs and golf all the time.

I knew Chuck here in RI by working with him just prior to his retirment.
Sorry to hear of his passing but I know that his strong spirit will always be remembered.
