Paul Baril Obituary

BARIL, PAUL R., 82, of Polo St, Pawtucket died Monday, September 29, 2008 at the Oak Hill Nursing and Rehabilation Center. He was the husband of the late Theresa Baril.

Mr. Baril was born in Pawtucket, the son of the late Emil and Marie (St. Denis) Baril. He was a mechanic for Corning Glass and then GTE in Central Falls for many years.

Mr. Baril was a United States Navy Veteran of WWII, serving in the South Pacific.

He leaves a son, David P. Baril and his wife Debbie, of Cumberland, two sisters, Estelle McGovern of East Providence, and Annette Valliere, of Pawtucket. He was the brother of the late Emil and Arthur Baril and the father of the late Rose Baril.

The funeral for Mr. Baril will be on Friday at 9:30 a.m. from the MANNING-HEFFERN FUNERAL HOME, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Cecelia's Church, Central Avenue, Pawtucket at 10:30 a.m. The burial with full military honors will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
