On behalf of the Blackstone Council on Aging, we wish to extend our heartfelt sympathy to the Devlin family.
We all at the Senior Center will miss Tom's sincere whit, smiles and help to the seniors in town.

Mr. Devlin was passionate about doing what was right for the town of Blackstone. We enjoyed listening to him at town meetings. He will be missed.
