To The Silva Family
I am so sorry for your loss. I have known Rose for a good part of my life. When I was younger I lived across the street from the family. Through the years I would every now and then see Rose around the neighborhood or in the city when she would be going or coming from the Chapel. I would always give her a hug and tell her to be very careful walking in the city some times I would walk with her through the Arcade. She was a very special person and very proud of her family she would always keep you up to date how every one is doing. The last time I saw Rose I helped her get on the trolly and we had a nice conversation. I will miss seeing her and talking with her she was such a wonderful woman. My prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Sincerely
Edna Britto
