Barbara Davenport Obituary
Born in Poland, a daughter of the late Stefan and Helena (Sajur) Banasik, she lived in Providence for 36 years. Barbara was the beloved mother of Gene S. Davenport, John P. Davenport and Eva B. Russo. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions to imPOSSIBLE Dream, 575 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI 02886 will be appreciated. Information and guestbook, visit www.TheQuinnFuneralHome.com.

Barbara was a wonderful person who loved her children and grandchildren with all she had. Barbara was a terrific mother-in-law to my daughter, Lorianne Lupo Davenport and to our mutual grandson, Joey Davenport. Rest in peace, Barbara, you're in the arms of the angels now.

I met your Mom several years ago, and I truly liked her the minute I met her. She was interesting, hard worker, such a wonderful person. I will always remember her happy face and good nature.
