Ralph Cipolla Obituary

CIPOLLA, RALPH A., 82, of Potters Avenue, Warwick, died Wednesday at Sunny View Nursing Home. He was the former husband of Rosemary B. Brindell.

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Albert and Evelyn (Cherella) Cipolla.

Mr. Cipolla was a machinist for Leesona Corp. for many years until his retirement. He served in The United States Army during WW II. He was a member of the Providence and Warwick YMCA.

He was the beloved brother of Angelo Cipolla of Cranston.

His funeral will be held Saturday at 8:45 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Mark Church, 15 Garden Court, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Friday 5-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory to VNA of Care New England Hospice, 51 Health Ln., Warwick, RI 02886 would be appreciated. www.murphyfuneralhomes.org

To the Cipolla Family: Ralph was a member of our AOA aerobics class and I found him to be a very pleasant and interesting person. I have missed seeing him in class and am so sorry to hear of his passing. I will remember him in my prayers and also his family members.
