Rose Malone

MALONE, ROSE (MARIANO) age 76, of Woodlawn Ave., Bristol died Thursday at Rhode Island Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Thomas Malone Born and raised in Cranston, she was a daughter of the late Michele and Maria (Rega) Mariano. A resident of Bristol for 42 years, she previously resided in Warwick. A Real Estate Agent for 30 years, she worked for the Century 21 - Rondeau, and then for Coldwell Banker in Bristol retiring this year. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bristol and a member of the Rosary and Altar Society. She is survived by two daughters, Valerie Malone of Bristol, Lisa Langley of Savannah, GA, ten grandchildren; four sisters, Elena Alviti, of Narragansett, Virginia Guglielmo, Mary Pagliarini, both of Cranston and Margaret Coccia, of East Greenwich, two brothers, Michele and Ralph Mariano both of Cranston. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Carmela Raviele and Rachael Alviti. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Monday, October 27, 2008 at 9:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours, Sunday, October 26, 2008 from 2:00-5:00 PM.
