My condolences to Mrs. Duffy's family. I had the opportunity to work with her at the Office of Higher Education prior to her retirement and she was a wonderful colleague. May the many warm and happy memories of her life sustain her family and friends during these difficult days.

The souls of the just are in the hands of God, and no torment shall touch them. In the eyes of the foolish they appear to be dead;their departure was reckoned as defeat, and their going from us as disaster.
But they are at peace, for though in the sight of men they may be punished, they have a sure hope of immortality.
