Hey Augie, I am sorry to hear about your brother Louie. You two were the greatest guys and inseparable way back in our younger years. It has been nearly 18 years since I moved to Florida and seen my old friends, but I want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Zabbo Family, I am truly sorry to hear about Lou, I remember all of you from childhood growing up in the neighborhood. Although I could not tell the boys apart from one another, both were equally kind and funny. I am saddened to learn about him passing at such a young age these days. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To my friend, lover, companion and comedian,
I already miss you so much. We always talked about growing old together. I just never expected this... And yet, I'm so grateful that I could be there for you in final days and moments. We shared so many fun times together. Those will NOT go forgotten. Louie, you taught me how to laugh even in the difficult times. To know you Louie, is to know your sense of humor. Something that I absolutely loved about you, babe. Your easy goingness just made me fall in love with you all the more.
I can't imagine my future with out you in it, but I know you would want me to be strong, and so I will.

With loving memories,
Judy

Gerri and Augie,
This seems so weird and unreal. it seems like yesterday we were all kids, hanging out in the pool, swearing we would never get old, never get sick, never miss out on all the good stuff life has to offer. I hope Louie's got VIP seating at the next ballgame. He was a good guy and will be missed.

Aug,

It’s been a while, but Louie remains one of the kindest, sweetest people I’ve met in my life. His dry, quick wit was truly a gift--those were such fun times and I'll always cherish the memories.

Dear Gerri, Bob, Kids, Augie and family, and Judy:
I will always remember the smile on his face whenever I would drive up to the house, to pick you up. Never a frown or a bad mood. He always had time to say something nice, even if we were teasing him. Augie, you were so lucky to have a twin and a friend like that. Now he is our guardian angel with all the other family members that have passed.
Love,

Gerri Fox

Augie and the Zabbo family,
I am sadden to hear of your loss of Louie.
I do remember some good times of Louie, Augie and myself hanging out. Louie, unfortunately a Yankee fan, had a great charisma about him. He always knew how to bring a smile to your face. Periodically, he would visit me on his trips to New York to see his beloved Yankees. We would sit in my restaurant and go over good times.
Good luck to you, and God Bless.
