Helen O. Marrocco

MARROCCO, HELEN O., 90, formerly of Lynch St., died Monday at Tockwotton Home. She was the devoted and loving wife of the late Albert Marrocco to whom she was married for sixty-one years at the time of his death in 1997.

Born in Providence she was a daughter of the late Giovanni B. and Angelina (Vuzzo) Orlandi. She worked at Armand's Restaurant in the Arcade, Providence and she worked with her husband at Al's Glass Company also of Providence.

She is survived by her loving children Debra Russo of Providence, Robert Marrocco of Hawthorne, FL and Ronald Marrocco of Warwick; her sisters Mary Levesque of North Providence and Elizabeth 'Betty' Spino of Providence; her brothers William Orlandi of Cranston, George and Ralph Orlandi both of North Providence; nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Ann Lisa, Angelina Levesque, Shirley Barbato, Raymond, John, Michael and Anthony Orlandi. Her family is remembering her as a faithful wife, a loving mother and as an extremely generous person.

Funeral from the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Ave., West Warwick, Friday at 8:30 AM followed by a service at 10 in Norwood Baptist Church, 48 Budlong Ave., Warwick. Calling hours Thursday (TODAY) 3-7 PM. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
