Vincent Oneppo Obituary

ONEPPO, VINCENT, 91, a retired photographer, lithographer and electroplating supervisor for various printers and the AT Cross Company, died Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

He was the beloved husband of Immaculate (Rotondo) Oneppo and son of the late Luigi and Luisa Oneppo. Mr. Oneppo proudly served aboard PT Boats in the South Pacific during WWII. He was the father of Vincent P. Oneppo and the late Louis Oneppo; brother of Nicholas Oneppo, Anna Kennedy and the late Anthony Oneppo, Carmine Oneppo and Connie Pontarelli; also survived by three grandchildren.

His Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 9am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial with Military Honors will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Friday 4-7pm. For information and guestbook visit: TheQuinnFuneralHome.com.

I worked with Vinnie at New Press back in the 80's and he was a very kind man. He was always willing to teach me about the industry. He always had a good story to share and I will remember him always.
