Ernest Denice Obituary
Born in E. Greenwich, he was the son of the late Nicola and Angela (Russo) Denice.
He was a laborer for the former Maloney & Rubien Construction Company and a maintenance technician at the former Fleet Bank in East Greenwich. He was a WWII US Army Air Corp veteran serving in Caloundra, Queensland, Australia.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons; Ernest and James Denice, a daughter, Patricia Mercurio, six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Gregory the Great Church, Cowessett Rd., Warwick. Burial will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours are omitted.

Dear Eleanor,
You and your husband have set an example for all who's paths you have crossed of what true love in a marriage means. The way you took care of each other always brought a smile to my face and warmth to my heart. Ernie always had a kind word for Karl and me when we were around him. His caring ways, genuine love, compassion and sincere words will be missed but remembered always by all who loved him. Thanks for sharing him with us!
