Trudy & Linda,

Very sad to read of your dad's passing. I was a secretary at MWS&P when he was our title examiner. We enjoyed many good stories and laughs. He was a good man. May your memories comfort you.

As a young attorney, over 30 years ago, Cliff was always kind and helpful when I started to learn the ropes of title-searching. Through the years, he kept those virtues. I will miss him. God bless.
