Edna C. Cameron

CAMERON, EDNA C. (DUSOBLON), 90, formerly of Franklin Street died Saturday, November 15, 2008 at Elmhurst Extended Care Facility, Providence. She was the wife of the late James E. Cameron, Sr.

Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Hector and Melina (Gurneau) Dusoblon, she had lived in Pawtucket before moving to Lincoln 20 years ago. Mrs. Cameron was a textile worker in several mills and was also a lunch lady at Central Falls High School before retiring. She was a communicant of St. Jude's Church, Lincoln.

She is survived by three daughters, June Simoneau of Winter Park, FL, Janet Pruneau of North Providence and Beverly Grassey of Pawtucket; three sons, James E. Cameron, Jr. of Seekonk, MA, Charles Cameron of Lincoln and Douglas Cameron of Troon, Scotland; one sister, Alice Robitaille of Attleboro, MA; sixteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Doris Ferri.

Her funeral will be held WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19 at 8:45 A.M. from the BELLOWS-FALSO FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Jude's Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited and may call TUESDAY 5-8 P.M.
