Rita Latina Obituary

LATINA, RITA, 90, of East View Ave., Cranston, passed away Sunday November 16, 2008 at the Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence.

She was born in Providence a daughter of the late Luigi and Palma (DiSarro) Latina. Miss Latina was an Assembler for the Cable Electric Company.

She is survived by her loving sisters, Sylvia Francesconi and Yolanda Isabella both of Cranston. She was also the aunt of several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, and was the sister of the late Eugene, John and Vincent Latina.

Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 10 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston. Entombment will be in Our Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Wednesday morning 9-10 am. My dear Sylvia and Yolanda, perhaps you don't remember me but Vincenzo Latino was my grandfather and my parents are the Urciuoli's..Rose (Latina) Johnson is my deceased mother's sister...I am very sorry to hear about Rita's demise....my condolenses to you and your family...
