Evelyn Pannone Obituary

PANNONE, EVELYN V., 87, of Tomahawk Court, died Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Raymond Pannone. Mr. and Mrs. Pannone celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on September 28, 2008.

She was the devoted mother of Maureen E. DiPetrillo and her husband Edward of Smithfield and Gary R. Pannone and his wife Ellyn of East Greenwich and a loving Nana to her grandchildren, Christopher and his wife Colleen, Jason, Jonathan and Bethany.

Born in Providence she was a daughter of the late Archille and Alvina (DeAngelis) Mangiante and the sister of the late William, Vincent, Robert and Henry Mangiante. She lived in Warwick since 1959, was a member of the Potowomut Golf Club and she loved to read.

Funeral Monday at 11 AM from the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Gregory the Great Church, Cowesett Road, Warwick at 12 Noon. Calling hours Sunday 4-8 PM. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Information and condolences at www.carpenterjenks.com.
