Nancy Dubord

DUBORD, NANCY (CASTIGLIEGO), age 88, of 50 Monroe Ave, Bristol, died Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at the Warren Health Care & Rehab Center in Warren. She was the wife of the late Roger O. Dubord.

Born in Bristol, RI and a lifelong resident. A daughter of the late Gaetano and Anna (Armillotto) Castigliego.

She worked for Converse Rubber Co., Collins & Aikmen formerly in Bristol and Well Made Dress formerly in Warren. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church and a member of the Rosary & Alter Society. She was a member of the Bristol Senior Citizens, past member of the Bristol Senior Council, Portsmouth and Warren Senior Center, Bristol Senior Chorus and past secretary Kaiser Retirees.

She is survived by two sons Roger O. Dubord, Jr. and Raymond J. Dubord of Bristol, a sister Mary D'Alessio of Bristol, five grandchildren Dawn, Ashley, Scott Dubord, Kerri Gendice and Renee Stegall, three great grandchildren Gavin Stegall, Katherine Elizabeth and Kaitlyn Dubord. Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother Nicholas Castigliego, four sisters Lucy Scolaro, Susie Arcello, Anna Reynolds and Pauline Boyd.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, State St., Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Chestnut St., Bristol. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bristol Rescue Squad, P.O.
