William Howard Obituary

HOWARD, WILLIAM HENRY IV, 43, of Chula Vista, CA, formerly of Ashaway, RI passed away Sunday, December 7, 2008.

Born in Rhode Island, he was the beloved son of William H. Howard III of West Kingston, RI and Judy A. (Hurley) Howard currently of Chula Vista, CA and formerly from Rhode Island.

Bill was a roofer and in construction in Rhode Island for over twenty years.

Besides his parents he leaves his brother Thomas E. Howard, his sons Thomas A. Howard and William H. Howard V, and his maternal grandmother Mary E. Burnett.

His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 13, 2008 at 10am in the FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown. Burial will be in New Fernwood Cemetery, Kingston. Visiting hours are Friday 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to a favorite charity or the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Suite 3004, Warwick, RI 02886 will be appreciated.
