Dear Nancy, Matt, Michael, and Peter,
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Ron's death. We both started at St. Brendan's the same year so we had much to learn, together, for the six years i taught there. He was a kind and caring man with a quiet wit and enormous talent. After many years, I saw him at an educational workshop last year and was thrilled to bump into him again. I can't tell you how sorry I am to have learned of his passing. I will never, ever forget him. You will always be in my thoughts and my prayers. God Bless.

I was so saddened by the new of Ron's passing. I worked with Ron at St. Brendans for many years, he was a pleasure to work with, a very thoughtful and caring man. My 2 daughters went to St. Brendans, he was also their principal, they remember him very fondly. My youngest daughter still has the teddy bear that he gave to her when she was born 19 years ago. He made all the children feel special. He was a very talented man, I saw him perform in quite a few plays, and the music that he brought to the children at the school was wonderful. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you at this very difficult time. Ron will be greatly missed.

Ron, Thank you so much for your friendship. You are the most talented, loving, giving person i ever met. I miss so much hearing the piano and being able to call you anytime for any reason. You always knew exactly how to make anyone feel special. I will miss you terribly. As much as i need you here, it cant be as much as Gods need for you there. I love you Ron, I will never forget you.

Ron,

Thank you--for your friendship, unconditional love, guidance, acceptance, laughter, talents--everything we shared that helped me to continue to grow and reach for the stars.

We found something that others can only dream of and long for during their lifetime.

When you left me, you took a piece of my heart and soul with you.

I'll always love you, and when we meet again, our hearts will be joined once more in song.

Lovingly and in Peace,
Maria

Dear Nancy, Peter, Michael and Matthew,

My deepest and most sincere sympathy. I was shocked to get a call from my sister Ann (one of Ron's nurses at Fatima) a few minutes ago telling me that Ron had died. He was a very dear and faithful friend for almost 30 years. He was so incredibly proud of you boys. Truly you were the light of his life. Whenever we spoke he always had wonderful stories to relate. Ron had a wonderful sense of humor, was a gifted and talented teacher, principal and musician but an even more wonderful friend. I will remember fondly the frequent laughter and love of life he always shared. His death has left a very deep void in my heart. Please be assured of my prayers for you and him at this very difficult time. He has left us far too young and the many hearts he has touched will mourn his passing for a very long time.

Love & Prayers,
Sr. Dot

I sang with Ron for the last five years as a member of Cabaret Elegance. He was also the principal at my daughter's elementary school. Not only was he a gifted musician but he was an exceptional person. I learned so much from him. He gave me confidence and challenged me musically in ways that I so appreciate today. I miss him terribly. I'm sorry for your loss. Know that many people share your sorrow.
