Rosemarie Marra Obituary
Mrs. Marra was employed at the Providence Fire/Police Headquarters as the Secretary to several Fire Marshalls working in the Fire Prevention Office, retiring in 1995. She was lovingly know as 'Ma Barker.' She was a longtime communicant of St. Ann Church, participating in many parish activities along with her husband, Michael. She was a 1945 graduate of Hope High School.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Anthony J. Marra; and her daughters, Gerianne (Marra) Martin and her husband, Robert D., Sr, and Marianne Marra.
Visitation Monday MORNING, 8:30-10:30 AM, in the A.A. MARIANI & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St. in Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11 AM in St. Ann Church, Hawkins St., Providence. Burial in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. WWW.MARIANIANDSON.COM

To Mike & her children,
I'm so sorry to hear of "Ma's" passing, & really sorry I missed her calling hours. She was a wonderful woman that loved her job, & always had a way of making someone smile when they were down. May she rest in peace.
