Marie Cambio Obituary

CAMBIO, MARIE E. (SIMONELLI), of Providence, died Tuesday. She was the wife of the late Donald U. Cambio. They had been married for 35 years.

Born in Providence and a lifelong resident, she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Theresa (Rossi) Simonelli.

Ms. Cambio worked in the business office of the Providence Journal for over 20 years before retiring in 1987.

She is survived by a son, Donald A. Cambio of Warwick.

Her funeral will be held MONDAY at 9:00 A.M. from the A. TARRO & SONS Funeral Home, 425 Broadway, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Peter & Paul Cathedral, Cathedral Square, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting Hours MONDAY 8-9 A.M.

My deepest sympathies to your family. I adored Marie, I worked for Brooks Pharmacy for 6 years and spoke with her often before moving to Fl. She was a sweet lady and will live on in our hearts.
