Joyce was a friend of mine who took me under her wing when I started quilting. She was always willing to teach me what she knew and took me to the New England Quilt Museum several times. I have missed her and her joyful spirit. Although I never met you, her daughters, she did speak often of you and was so proud of each of you. Joyce was an inspiration to me and many others of Narragansett Bay Quilters.
