Mary Anderson Obituary

ANDERSON, MARY P. (McAdam), 78, a retired employee of the New England Telephone Co., died Saturday, August 25, 2007 at the Haven Health Care of Greenville. She was the wife of the late George R. 'Ray' Anderson.

Born in Providence a daughter of the late Angus and Madeline (Hurley) McAdam, she lived in Warwick 50 years before moving to Smithfield. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.

Mary was the beloved sister of Deacon Robert F. McAdam of Providence, SR Madeline M. McAdam SND of East Haven, CT., and the late Angus 'Jack' McAdam, CT. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at 11 a.m. in St. Ambrose Church, 191 School Street, Lincoln. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown.
