Dorothy Moretti Obituary

MORETTI, DOROTHY A. (DeBERARDIS), 80, formerly of Rockrest Dr. Cranston, died on Friday August 24, 2007 at Bettys Place, Inc. Manassas, Virginia. She was the wife of the late Anthony D. Moretti.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (DeRensis) DeBerardis. Dorothy was the Director of Volunteers at Rhode Island Medical Center for 20 years until her retirement. She was a Eucharistic Minister at the Immaculate Conception Church and Rhode Island Hospital.

She is survived by her son James West and his wife Mira of Manassas, Virginia, a brother Tony DeBerardis of Bedford, MA; two sisters Lucia Asprinio of East Greenwich, and Florence Russolino of Cranston, her two granddaughters Sarah and Rachel.

Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 8 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church Cranston at 9 a.m. Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
