Mary Scheidemann Obituary

SCHEIDEMANN, MARY F. (CAPITA), 78, of Brockton, MA, formerly of Providence, passed away on Wednesday. She was the beloved wife of Robert R. Scheidemann and daughter of the late Joseph and Lena Capita

Mrs. Scheidemann was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church in Holbrook, MA.

Besides her husband, she leaves a son, Albert Mazzone; three grandchildren, Melissa Petrella, Meredith Tompkins, and Alexander Mazzone; a sister, Ella Zanni; and three great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late, Felix and John Capita, and Rose Catanzaro.

Calling hours Sunday 4-8 PM in the A.A. MARIANI Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street in Providence. Funeral Monday at 9:45, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11AM in The Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul Church, Cathedral Square, Providence. Burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Wonderful memories of a beautiful girl, back in the 40's, when I was a child. Mary would read stories to me while we sat on the front porch. She would draw beautiful pictures for me; she had an incredible artistic talent. My deepest sympathy to Ella and Mary's immediate family.
