Oliver Sylvestre Obituary
He was born in Central Falls a son of the late Arthur and Donalda (Rainville) Sylvestre. He has resided in Central Falls all his life. He had been a machinist at the former Union Wadding Co. for over 50 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Besides his wife he leaves, 2 daughters, Linda Reynolds and Susan Sylvestre both of Central Falls, 5 sons, Oliver J. Sylvestre Jr. of Warwick, Alan Sylvestre of Norton, MA, John Sylvestre of Pawtucket, Richard Sylvestre of Attleboro, MA and Scott Sylvestre of Ashford, Ct.; 15 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Arthur Sylvester and Doria Nozolino.
His funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 AM from the Charles Coelho Funeral Home, 151 Cross St., Central Falls, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Leo the Great Church, Central Avenue, Pawtucket at 10 AM. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. VISITATION Monday, 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 169 George St., Pawtucket.
