Mary Murray Obituary
Born in North Kingstown, she was the daughter of the late Allen L. and Inez (May) Meader. Mrs. Murray had been employed with the Town of North Kingstown for over thirty years. She was a member of the North Kingstown Veteran Fireman's Association Women's Auxiliary, served as captain of M.D.T., and was an avid Red Sox fan.
She was the loving mother of David A. Murray, Chief, N.K.F.D., of North Kingstown, Donald K. Murray, III of Bonita Springs, FL, and Susan A. Murray of North Kingstown; the beloved grandmother of five and great-grandmother of one.
A Requiem Eucharist will be celebrated Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 55 Main Street, North Kingstown. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery, North Kingstown. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Wednesday 4-8 p.m. in THE CRANSTON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME of WICKFORD, 140 West Main St., Wickford Village, North Kingstown. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund, 825 College Blvd., Suite 102 PMB 609, Oceanside, CA 92057, would be appreciated. www.murphyfunerahomes.org

Sue, Don-
I was so saddened this morning to read of the loss of your mother. Please accept my deepest sympathy at her death.
I think of the two of you often; I have such wonderful memories of having you in class at NKHS. I'll never forget the homework-eating piranha fish, nor will I forget being called "Mom Kemble".
